The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are valid between you and www.outsthlm.se ("the website") is operated by Kajsa Siponen, organization number 960416-8527, Anna Whitlocksgata 13, 11366, Stockholm  (referred to as “OUT - STHLM,” "we," or "us") and apply to all use of and orders placed on the OUT - STHLM website, as well as any orders made by telephone, email, or live chat with our Customer Service team (collectively referred to as the "Website").

Please note that OUT - STHLM does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Additionally, OUT - STHLM may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The date of the latest update is noted in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.

Please be aware that the Terms and Conditions applicable to your order are those in effect at the time of your order. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.


Placing an Order

By using the Website and placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you have reviewed and understood these terms before completing your purchase.

Before finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selected items, the information you’ve provided, the total order price, and to correct any input errors. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order is completed at checkout and you receive an order confirmation email. If your connection to the Website is inactive for an extended period, your selected items may be removed from the shopping bag, requiring you to reselect them.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, payment information, and delivery details. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

Please note that all orders placed are subject to acceptance by OUT - STHLM. At our discretion, we may choose not to accept your order without any liability. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant details. This shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

OUT - STHLM does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email. Should payment have already been processed for an unavailable product, we will issue a full refund unless otherwise agreed.


Disclaimer

OUT - STHLM cannot guarantee that the content on the Website is always free from inaccuracies, typographical errors, or that it is fully up-to-date. We reserve the right to change the Website’s content and the products offered at any time. While we strive to ensure accurate texts, images, and pricing on the Website, errors may occur.

If you are charged an incorrect amount for an order, we will offer you the choice to either place a new order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled automatically. OUT - STHLM is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, problem-free, or fully secure access to the site.

Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, as specified at checkout. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours on weekdays (excluding Swedish public holidays). Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. These times do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization or stock availability. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your billing and shipping information matches your payment details when placing an order.

Returns and refund

Products purchased from OUT STHLM can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@outsthlm.se with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

We charge 59 kr for the return shipping and the cost will be deducted from your refund

The product must be unused, in the same condition as when it was sold. Additionally, the item should be returned in its original packaging. To ensure a smooth return process, items must be in perfect, unworn condition. We encourage you to try on your purchase with care and handle it gently to preserve its original quality. Items used for purposes like photoshoots are no longer considered unused.

NOTICE; Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box and pouch, as they are part of the product. When returning by mail, ensure the item and its packaging are placed inside a sturdy outer box to avoid damage. Ideally, use the original shipping box for secure transit.

OUT STHLM reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

OUT STHLM will process your refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product(s).

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the amount will be credited back to the same card.

Warranty Claims

When shopping at OUT - STHLM, you are entitled to a 3-year warranty. If you wish to make a claim, please contact our customer service team at info@outsthlm.se with your order number and the reason for the claim. Once your claim is approved, you may choose to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. To qualify, the claim must be valid, and the issue must not have arisen due to improper use or other forms of damaging treatment. Claims must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If reported within two months of discovery, your claim is always considered timely.

If your claim is approved, you may need to return the defective item. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to use. When using this label, the return shipping cost is covered by us. We will also send a return form for you to print, complete, and include in the package.



Loss of Goods

OUT STHLM is not liable for any loss of goods. If you notice a defect in your item (e.g., a loose hinge or clasp), please contact our customer support at info@outsthlm.se as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.


WORKSHOP

Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to another date, subject to availability. Please notify us in advance if you need to change your booking.
